1. Privacy & Data Protection

•We collect your name, contact details, medical history and payment details solely for booking and treatment purposes.

•Your information will be used to:

•manage appointments and payments,

•send booking confirmations, reminders, and aftercare advice,

•comply with legal and insurance obligations.

•All records are stored securely in line with GDPR and Data Protection laws.

•We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

 

2. Patch Test Policy

•A patch test is required 24–48 hours before eyelash extensions, eyebrow tint, eyelash tint, and certain aesthetic or laser treatments.

•A new patch test will be required if:

•you have not had the service with us in the past 6 months, or

•your medical circumstances have changed.

 

3. Booking & Deposits

•A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

•Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

 

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

•Appointments cancelled with less than 24–48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

•Failure to attend (no-show) may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

 

5. Late Arrivals

•Please arrive on time.

•Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, and if more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a missed booking.

 

6. Medical & Consent

•You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

•For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary.

 

7. Photography & Marketing 

•With your consent, we may take before/after photos for training or marketing purposes.

•Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
