At Glamsoul Beauty, your safety, privacy, and satisfaction are our top priorities. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We collect your name, contact details, medical history, and payment details solely for booking and treatment purposes.
Your information may be used to:
• manage appointments and payments,
• send booking confirmations, reminders, and aftercare advice,
• comply with legal and insurance obligations.
All records are stored securely in line with GDPR and Data Protection laws.
We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
A patch test is required 24–48 hours before eyelash extensions, eyebrow tint, eyelash tint, and certain aesthetic or laser treatments.
A new patch test will be required if:
• you have not had the service with us in the past 6 months, or
• your medical circumstances have changed.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24–48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Group bookings require:
• 48 hours’ notice for groups of 3 or more,
• 72 hours’ notice for larger events.
Failure to attend (no-show) may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
In case of circumstances beyond our control (power outages, extreme weather, etc.), appointments will be rescheduled without penalties.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and treated as a missed booking, with applicable fees.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
Certain treatments are not recommended without doctor’s clearance, particularly for:
• Cancer, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, arthritis, blood disorders, swollen lymph nodes, skin conditions, or recent injuries/surgeries.
• Recent cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, peels, micro-needling, tattoos, etc.)—you must wait at least 2 weeks before a facial treatment.
• Isotretinoin therapy—6–12 months must pass after completion before facial treatments.
For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
Treatments while sick (especially facials) are not recommended and may worsen your condition.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.
Services, treatments, and packages are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable. Refunds are only provided with medical proof preventing continuation of treatments.
With your consent, we may take before/after photos for training or marketing purposes.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
Please leave all jewellery and valuables at home. Glamsoul Beauty is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Please maintain a quiet environment for the comfort of all guests. Mobile phones must be on silent during your visit.
Children and visitors are not permitted in treatment areas. Guests must be at least 12 years old, and minors under 18 require a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.
Gratuities are not included in service prices but are greatly appreciated (industry standard: 18–20%).
